Where the signal goes
Almost every Tube platform has coverage now, and a growing number of tunnels do too, though the deep lines are still patchy between stations. Overground and Elizabeth line are fine throughout.
Getting around
Contactless card or phone, tap in and out, no need for an Oyster. Buses are cheaper than the Tube and capped daily.
Neighbourhoods
Hackney
East, and where most of the interesting food has moved to.
Peckham
South, and the rooftop bars have a better skyline view than anything central.
Marylebone
Central and quiet, which is a rare combination here.
