Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an eSIM from Talisim or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Talisim sells prepaid, fixed-allowance eSIM data plans for travel. Each plan is a one-time purchase covering a specific data amount and a fixed number of days. Our service includes:

Provisioning and activation of an eSIM profile for the plan you purchase
Mobile data connectivity in the destination(s) covered by that plan
A private order link where you can view status and install instructions

Talisim does not require an account, username, or password. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no ongoing relationship beyond the plan you purchase.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 One-Time Purchase

Each eSIM plan is sold once, for a fixed price covering its stated data amount and duration. There is no subscription fee, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. When your plan's data or duration is used up, it simply ends — nothing renews unless you place a new order.

3.2 Bulk Discounts

Purchasing multiple eSIMs in a single order may qualify you for a percentage discount on your subtotal, applied automatically at checkout based on the number of eSIMs in your cart. Current discount thresholds are shown in your cart before you pay.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) via Stripe, our payment processor. We do not accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.

3.4 No Saved Payment Methods

Because Talisim does not use accounts, we do not store your payment method for future use, and there is no auto top-up. Every purchase is a fresh checkout where you enter your payment details directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3.5 Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Any taxes or fees required by your card issuer or payment method are your responsibility.

4. Order Access

After payment, your order (including install instructions once your eSIM is provisioned) is accessible through a private, unguessable order link. You are responsible for:

Bookmarking or saving your order link and/or order code
Not sharing your order link with anyone you don't want accessing your eSIM details

We also send your order link to the email address you provide at checkout. If you lose your order link and no longer have access to that email, we may not be able to help you recover access to your order.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Once an eSIM has been provisioned and activated, the purchase is non-refundable.
If we are unable to provision your eSIM (for example, due to a technical failure on our end), you will be refunded in full.
Unused data at the end of a plan's duration is forfeited and non-refundable.
Orders that fail payment or are never completed at checkout are not charged and require no action from you.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@talisim.com before filing a dispute with your bank.

6. Legal & Export Restrictions

Talisim is a trading name of Polk Automation LLC, a company registered in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Our services may not be available in all countries or regions. Service availability depends on local network operator coverage and may be restricted in sanctioned or embargoed jurisdictions.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the use of eSIM technology and mobile data services in your destination.
You may not use our services in any manner that would violate U.S. export control laws, trade sanctions, or other applicable international trade regulations.
eSIM usage may be subject to local telecommunications regulations. Some countries may require registration or impose restrictions on foreign eSIM use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
Engage in fraudulent activities, including payment fraud or chargebacks on services already delivered
Interfere with or disrupt our network or services
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Use our services for illegal file sharing or piracy

We reserve the right to deactivate an eSIM without refund if you violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable connectivity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Coverage and speeds depend on local network operators and conditions. We are not liable for:

Network outages or degraded performance
Coverage gaps in certain areas
Compatibility issues with specific devices
Service interruptions due to maintenance

9. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. We cannot provide refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices.

10. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polk Automation LLC (trading as Talisim) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel or refuse to fulfill an order, before or after payment, if we suspect fraudulent payment activity or a violation of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled before an eSIM is provisioned, you will be refunded in full.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Talisim is a trading name of Polk Automation LLC.
